i had a really good social life in my old city, but it's been two years since i've been back and most of my friends have forgotten me or just completely erased me. my dating life is pretty good, and i'm fine with talking to women, but when it comes to actually finding a friend it gets challenging. i've read the typical cookie cutter stuff about how i should do my own thing and hang out in places and friends will come to me, but my question is how do i even start that convo up with another dude? i bet a lot of guys know what im talking about. i cant ask another man out for dinner like a date, and getting a dudes contact info seems weird to me. i eventually just end up saying whatever and walking away. anyway, what do i do? it seems like everytime me and someone wanna hang out it eventually falls out or sth happens and im just left behind. any advice is appreciated, thanks.
