My favourites included Unprotected (which is narrated by a condom from its owner's wallet), Mr Tumnus , where the friendship between a young girl and an imaginary goat takes an unexpected turn, and The Present , a touching tale in which a scientist uses a time machine to give his girlfriend the perfect birthday gift. I don't think this book is quite as consistent as Spoiled Brats, his most recent collection (if you haven't read it I URGE you to seek it out).
